Well Enough provides new daily 5-minute and 15-minute workouts, all simply requiring that you click play to get it done (ahem, get it over with). The only question you need to answer with us is:  Do I have 5 minutes or 15 minutes today for exercise? 


We promise that a short Well Enough workout done daily-ish will leave you feeling good enough.


These workouts are led by expert - but still human - trainers, who will never tell you to "burn baby burn" or "no pain no gain", but instead show up as they are every day in order to greet you where you are every day. All of our trainers are carefully certified in a unique fitness method, which focuses on biomechanics and functional strength. This means that you get a doable workout done, while also learning about your body and helping to address common pain patterns.


We are anti-diet, which means we reject language that suggests you need to control or change your body through exercise and/or other health modalities. We are also passionate advocates of bodily autonomy and LGBTQIA+ rights. We are committed to your safety and belonging, as you are. We also remain committed to accessibility and provide you with a low cost subscription model, which allows us to remain an invaluable service rather than a product.


Finally, everything here is simple. No gimmicks, no complicated starting paths, no binders or journals or tasks or anything else, no build-up to bigger goals, no salesy stuff. Just decide if you have 5 minutes today or 15 minutes and then click play.
